James 4:5-10, 13-16 When pride creeps into our lives, there is a lack of desire to long for something bigger than ourselves. To combat this pride, we must submit to the sovereignty of God and surrender all aspects of life to Him. We can then find solace in His unfailing promises, trusting that He will demonstrate His power on our behalf.
